At Esycarry, we strive to provide you with top-quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return a product due to damage. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for returns.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns for damaged products. To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Have purchased the product directly from EXCELLENCE PACKAGING (EsyCarry).
- Report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Must have unboxing video of product, which should be clearly and completly visible.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.
- We do not accept returns for individual pieces when purchased as part of a combo. We kindly ask that customers review their selections carefully before completing their purchase.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return for a damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at info@esycarry.com or 7980034502 within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and attach the unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
- Our Customer Support team will review your request and may request additional information if necessary.
3. Inspection and Verification
Once we receive your return request, we will review the provided evidence to verify the damage. We may contact you for additional information or clarification if needed. Please ensure that the unboxing video clearly demonstrates the damage to the product.
4. Refund Process
If your return request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please note the following:
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- The refund amount will be for the cost of the damaged product, including any applicable taxes, but excluding shipping fees.
- Refunds will be credited within 5-10 working days.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a credit note for the value of the returned item. The credit note is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, and can be used towards any future purchases on our website.
5. Return Shipping
Retun once approved and initiated it will be picked up within 3-7 working days.
6. Replacement Option
In some cases, if the damaged product is still in stock, we may offer the option of a replacement instead of a refund. You will have the choice to accept the replacement or proceed with the refund process. In case you are choosing replacement the product will be picked up and a new product will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
7. Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons other than product damage, including changes of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or ordering the wrong item.

9. Sale & Clearance Items
Please note that all sale, discounted, and clearance items are final sale and are not refundable or eligible for return or exchange. This includes any products purchased at a discounted price, items marked as clearance or any items that are part of a seasonal or promotional sale.
